Three Layers of Membership
Membership runs on three things at once: the network around you every day, the events that put it in person, and the advisory that solves the problem in front of you. Two hundred and twelve founders, twenty-one countries, one room.

The room answers in minutes
A private network of vetted founders doing €200M a year combined. A question rarely sits more than a few minutes before someone who has already solved it answers. Concierge introductions map you into the people who matter in your industry and the ones adjacent to it.

The network, in person
Twelve private events a year across the globe: black-tie galas, founders' dinners of eight to twelve seats, roundtables and members-only trips to Marbella, Lake Como and Dubai. The relationships compound on the trips, which is what makes the group chat so valuable the rest of the year.

A different expert for every problem
Monthly specialist masterminds with entrepreneurs who have already built it, weekly live calls with eight and nine-figure founders, the six-week CEO bootcamp, and a full business audit from the founding team. One course solves one problem. The advisory hands you the next one too.

Path of the A Player
Stop letting your network cost you more than it makes you
Step into the roomEverything you did to get here worked. You learned the offer, the traffic, the sale. Mostly alone, in your twenties.
You're past €15k a month. Most people never see that number.
Then the same inputs stopped producing.
Information used to be the advantage. It isn't anymore. Every playbook is free, and the people three levels below you have the same ones open in another tab.
What it costs to solve alone never shows up as a line item.
The agency you paid six months too long. The hire gone in two weeks. The offer priced on instinct, because there was nobody to check it against.
What replaces it isn't more information. It's proximity.
The right person, the right answer, faster than you'd reach it alone. An offer repriced in one conversation. A channel fixed by someone ten times your size.
One course solves one problem. One hire fills one role. At this level that's too slow.
The room hands you the next problem too. And the one after that. For as long as you're in it.

The roomWhat is A-Players Club?
The exclusive members club and advisory for high-level online entrepreneurs in their 20s. Three things come with it: experience, access, and expertise.
The experience is the trips, the galas, the global tour. The access is the network, thousands of high-level online entrepreneurs and the best in the industry, in one room. The expertise is the people inside it who've already solved the problem in front of you, and the next one.
Most people find it's the access that changes things, and the experience is what makes the room a place you want to be in, not just a resource you use.
Who is A-Players for?
It's less about a number and more about a type. The people who fit are already building something real, already good at what they do, and want to be the best at it. Students of the game who play to win and know the room around them sets their ceiling.
What everyone in the room shares is level and seriousness. That's the bar, and it's the whole product.
Inside it, the range runs deep, from people building fast toward the top to founders who've exited several companies over. Wherever you sit in that range, there's someone a step ahead who's already solved what you're facing, and you're never the biggest in the room.
Will this actually help my business?
It's a fair question, and the honest answer is that it doesn't work like a course or an agency.
A course teaches one thing. An agency does one thing for you. Both fix a single problem, then the next one shows up and you're back where you started.
The room is different because it doesn't run out of answers. Whatever you hit next, someone here has already been through it. Your next bottleneck is someone else's solved problem.
That's not a lesson you buy once, it's access you keep.
Who runs A-Players, and why trust them?
James built it. Not from a marketing funnel, from the ground up, event by event, room by room, until it became what it is now.
The proof is in the room. It's in the masterminds held with operators the right people already recognise, the faces who show up to the events, and the members who choose to be part of it.
The best way to know who's behind it is to look at what's been built, and who's in it.
I've joined communities that didn't deliver. Why is this different?
Because the thing that makes most communities die off is structural, and it's the thing built out first here.
Most rooms fill up, the bar drops, the high-level people quietly leave, and what's left is a group chat nobody checks.
This one holds because of who gets in. The calibre bar is the whole product, everyone in the room is there because their peers are worth being in a room with. Serious people stay because other serious people are here.
How should I think about the investment?
If you're weighing it like ad spend, you're measuring the wrong thing. Ad spend buys attention, and it stops the day you stop paying.
Access is the opposite. It's the one thing that compounds, and it's the one thing you can't go back and buy later once you're at the level where you need it.
One introduction can return the whole year. One conversation can reprice your offer or fix the channel you've been stuck on for months.
Do I have to attend every event?
No. The events are there when you want them, but the value doesn't depend on being at all of them.
The room is live year-round. The network, the introductions, the answers to what you're stuck on, none of that waits for the next trip.
Members who can only make one or two events a year still get the core of it, because the core was never the events. It's the access, and that's always on.
What happens after I join?
You're not left to find your own way in. Onboarding is built to get you a real, high-leverage win inside the first 48 hours, then put it in front of the whole room.
It's the fastest way to go from new arrival to someone the network already knows.
The reason this matters: most rooms lose you in the first month because nothing happens. Here the first days are built to make something happen, so the momentum starts before the novelty wears off.
What if I'm not sure yet?
That's normal, and you don't have to have it all figured out to take the first step.
Most of the uncertainty comes from evaluating something you haven't been in yet. The onboarding is built to show you what the room actually is from the inside, where you can weigh it on what it does rather than what it looks like from out here.
Stepping in is how that resolves.
